• Payment information: Billing address and payment method (processed securely by PayPal, our payment processor).
• Usage data: Subscription status, transcription usage, website analytics (pages viewed, referral source).

• Deliver and improve our services (production and transcription).
• Process audio files using AI (Google Gemini) to generate transcriptions.
• Manage your account, subscriptions, and usage tracking.
• Communicate about projects, invoices, and service updates.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

• AI service provider (Google Gemini): Audio files are processed by Google's AI to generate transcriptions, subject to Google's confidentiality and security standards.
• Payment processor (PayPal): Billing and payment information for processing subscriptions and purchases.
• Hosting providers: For secure data storage under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

• Audio files: Automatically deleted immediately after transcription processing is complete.
• Transcriptions: Stored in your account until you manually delete them or close your account.
• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 90 days of account closure.
• Production project files: Retained for a reasonable period after delivery to support revisions. Drafts and interim files are periodically deleted.
• Billing records: Retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures (encryption, access controls) to protect your information. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your data.
