Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Eli Podcast Productions (operating as Torah Content Studio), including:

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you're a sole proprietor or business, you represent that you have authority to bind your organization.

2. Production Services

Each custom project includes a written scope, timeline, and pricing. Work begins after written approval and initial payment, when applicable. Changes to scope may adjust timeline and pricing upon mutual agreement. You provide accurate source materials and timely reviews. Final deliverables become yours upon full payment.

3. Audio Transcription Service

3.1 Account & Free Trial

You must create an account to use the transcription service. New accounts receive a 20-minute free trial (no credit card required). The free trial is limited to one per person or organization.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Usage & Limits

Transcription usage is calculated based on audio file duration. Supported formats: MP3, WAV, M4A. Maximum file size: 500MB. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse.

3.4 Your Content

You retain all rights to audio files and transcriptions. You grant us a limited license to process your audio files solely to provide transcription services. We automatically delete audio files after processing. Transcriptions remain accessible in your account until you delete them.

3.5 AI-Generated Content

Transcriptions are generated using AI (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying transcriptions before use.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store credit card information. Subscription charges are billed monthly. Pay-as-you-go purchases are charged immediately. See our Payment & Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

For production services: Final deliverables become yours upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, templates, and processes remain ours.

For transcription service: You own your content. We retain all rights to our software, tools, and technology.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your content as confidential and will not share it without permission, except as required by law or to deliver services (e.g., using AI providers under confidentiality agreements).

8. Warranties & Limitations

Services are provided "as is." We do not warrant specific accuracy, outcomes, or uptime. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach after notice and an opportunity to cure. You may cancel your subscription anytime. Upon account closure, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Eli Podcast Productions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
